EasySched is a complete business management platform built for independent service professionals like barbers, stylists, tattoo artists, and estheticians. Unlike basic booking tools, EasySched combines appointment scheduling, payment processing (including Tap to Pay on iPhone), client management, and business analytics—all in one app. No commissions on bookings, no expensive hardware required.
EasySched reduces no-shows by up to 70% through automated SMS and email reminders sent before appointments. You can also require deposits at booking time, charge automated no-show fees through Stripe, and track client reliability with our analytics dashboard. Clients can easily reschedule through their confirmation link, reducing last-minute cancellations.
EasySched pricing is simple and transparent: $35/month for unlimited bookings with no commissions. This includes all features: Tap to Pay, calendar sync, automated reminders, client management, analytics, and more. We also offer a 14-day trial (no credit card required) and monthly or annual billing options. Payment processing fees are standard Stripe rates (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
