Founder Pricing Terms

1. Offer Overview

EasySched may offer limited founder pricing for eligible new web subscribers. Founder pricing is a promotional subscription rate offered at our discretion and may be limited by availability.

2. What Founder Pricing Applies To

Founder pricing applies only to the current Professional Monthly plan offered through EasySched's Stripe-powered web subscription flow.

• It does not apply to annual subscriptions.
• It does not apply to Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
• It does not automatically apply to other products, services, add-ons, or future plan families.

3. How Long Founder Pricing Lasts

If founder pricing is successfully applied to your subscription, that discounted rate remains in effect while your qualifying subscription remains active and in good standing.

4. What Happens If You Cancel

If you cancel your subscription, founder pricing may not be available again if you subscribe later. We do not guarantee that a cancelled founder-priced subscription can be restarted or restored at the same rate.

5. Future Add-Ons and Expanded Plans

Founder pricing does not guarantee access to all future EasySched offerings at the same discounted rate.

• New add-ons may be priced separately.
• New products or services may be priced separately.
• Materially expanded feature packages or new plan tiers may require a different price or separate purchase.
• Applicable taxes and government fees may be charged separately where required.

6. Availability and Eligibility

Founder pricing may be limited to a set number of eligible redemptions and may end at any time once fully claimed or otherwise withdrawn. Display of founder pricing on a pricing page does not guarantee eligibility until checkout is completed successfully and the discounted subscription is created.

7. Billing and Subscription Rules

Except as expressly stated in these Founder Pricing Terms, all regular EasySched billing, cancellation, renewal, and subscription rules continue to apply. Please review our Terms and Conditions for the full subscription terms.

8. Changes to the Offer

We may modify, end, or replace founder pricing for future subscribers at any time. Any such change will not retroactively alter a founder-priced subscription that was already successfully created and remains active, except where required by law, taxes, government fees, or a material change to the subscribed plan.
