Calendar Sync overview

Learn where to find Calendar Sync in EasySched, which calendar providers are supported, and what the unconnected state looks like.

Calendar Sync lets you connect EasySched to an external calendar so your bookings stay in one place. Two-way sync means changes in either calendar are automatically reflected in the other.

#Where to find it

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select Calendar Sync.

#Supported providers

EasySched supports two calendar providers in the current release:

  • Google Calendar - Sync your EasySched bookings with Google Calendar for unified scheduling.
  • Outlook Calendar - Sync your EasySched bookings with Outlook Calendar for unified scheduling.

#Unconnected state

When no calendar is connected, you will see two cards side by side: Connect Google Calendar and Connect Outlook Calendar. Each card includes a description of two-way sync and a provider button: Connect with Google or Connect with Microsoft. No provider-specific instructions are shown before you start a connection.

#Starting a connection

Select the Connect with Google or Connect with Microsoft button under the relevant provider card to begin the OAuth authorization flow for that provider.
