Create a discount that applies automatically or requires a promo code at checkout.
#Create a promotion
- Open Marketing from the left navigation and select Promotions.
- Select New promotion to open the builder.
- In the Basics step, provide a promotion Name, Description, and decide if it auto-applies or requires a Promo code.
- In the Discount step, choose a Discount type (such as PERCENT or FIXED_AMOUNT) and enter the value.
- In the Eligibility step, choose whether the promotion applies to ALL services or SELECTED items.
- In the Schedule step, define the Start date and End date. You can also specify usage limits and minimum order values.
- In the Review step, verify the promotion details.
- Select Save (or Publish) to create the promotion.
The promotion will appear in your Promotions list, where you can view its active status and redemption count.
