Independent Providers are invited by email. The provider accepts from their own EasySched account and keeps their own business, services, schedule, subscription, and payouts. They connect their own Stripe account, so payments for their bookings route to them and shop and provider payouts stay separate.
#Send an invitation
- In the dashboard workspace navigation, select Team.
- Select the Independent Providers tab.
- Select Add an independent provider.
- Enter the provider’s email in Email.
- Select Send Invite.
#What happens next
The page displays Invite email queued. Delivery status will update automatically. In the verified flow, the status later changed to Invite email sent. The provider appeared with Pending accept and Pending, with the message Waiting for provider to accept the invite.
#Available invitation actions
- For a pending invitation, the verified row displayed Resend Email and Copy Link. Publish and Suspend were disabled until acceptance.
