An Owner can assign an ordinary shop-controlled team member to another location. The verified location assignment used the Staff role, Owner managed schedule policy, and Bookable at this location enabled.

- Select Team.
- Select People.
- Find the team member and select Edit.
- In Access & booking, find Where [team member] works.
- Under Locations, select the additional location.
- In the Add to [location] dialog, review Location role, Schedule policy, and Bookable at this location.
- Select Add location.
#What happens next
EasySched displays Staff member assigned to the selected location. Reopening the team member showed both locations with Assigned, the Staff role, Owner-managed schedule, and Bookable.
