Locations & Organization

Close or reopen a location

Close an open location or reopen a closed location from the EasySched web dashboard.

Owners can close an open location and later reopen it from Organization & locations. In the verified flow, closing displayed the location as Closed · history available, and reopening returned it to an open state.

#Close a location

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select Business Settings.
  3. Select Organization & locations.
  4. Find the open location in the Locations section.
  5. Select Close location.
  6. Review the Close [location]? confirmation. The dialog explains that closing stops new bookings, sales, Terminal activity, waitlist demand, and inventory transfers, while historical reporting, refunds, disputes, loyalty, gift cards, and audit history remain available.
  7. Select Close location.

#Reopen a location

  1. On Organization & locations, find the location marked Closed · history available.
  2. Select Reopen location.
  3. Review the Reopen [location]? confirmation. The dialog explains that reopening restores operational eligibility without changing payment ownership or historical records.
  4. Select Reopen location.

#What happens next

After closing, the location remains listed with Closed · history available and a Reopen location action. After reopening, the location returns to an open state and displays Open location.
