Rewards let customers exchange points for discounts or free services. You must disable the loyalty program to edit or add rewards.
#Create a reward
- Open Marketing from the left navigation and select Loyalty.
- Select 2 Rewards.
- If the loyalty program is enabled, you must disable it first.
- Select Add reward.
- Provide a Name and Description.
- Select a Reward type (Fixed discount, Percentage discount, or Free service).
- Enter the Cost in points required to redeem the reward.
- If applicable, configure the Service scope (All services or Selected services) and enter the Discount amount ($) or percentage.
- Select Add reward to save.
