Reward repeat visits with a simple, transparent points program. You must configure your earning rules and create at least one reward before enabling loyalty.
#Configure earning rules
- Open Marketing from the left navigation and select Loyalty.
- Open How customers earn.
- If the program is currently enabled, select Disable to configure to unlock the settings.
- Set the Earning mode to Points based on spend, Visit stamps, or Fixed points per appointment.
- Enter your desired conversion values (such as points earned for every dollar spent).
- Open Advanced rules to configure promotion stacking, product earning, or refund restoration.
- Select Create program (or Create new program version).
#Enable loyalty
- Once your rules are saved and you have created a reward, return to the Program rules tab.
- Select Enable loyalty.
- The status at the top of the page will change to Program enabled.
