You can verify the remaining available balance of any issued gift card by looking up its bearer code.
#Look up a balance
- Open Sales from the left navigation and select Gift Cards.
- Locate the Check a balance panel.
- Enter the Bearer code provided by the customer.
- Select Look Up.
The result will display the card's last four characters, Available balance, Held balance, and Status.
