Issue a gift card

Create and issue a stored-value gift card for a customer.

You can quickly issue a new gift card to a customer by generating a one-time bearer code.

#Issue a gift card

  1. Open Sales from the left navigation and select Gift Cards.
  2. In the Issue a gift card panel, enter the Amount (USD).
  3. The Tender defaults to Cash for safe local creation.
  4. Provide the Purchaser name, Recipient email, and a Message if desired.
  5. Select Issue Gift Card.

#Save the generated code

  1. A modal will display the new gift card code. This code is only shown once.
  2. Select Copy code or Print code to save it for the customer.
  3. Once copied or printed, select Done — code saved to finalize the process.
