Archive a service when you want to remove it from the active catalog and future booking flows. This workflow was verified on the web dashboard with an Owner account.
#Archive a service
- From the dashboard workspace navigation, select Catalog.
- Select the Services & Add-ons tab.
- Find the service you want to archive.
- Select Archive in the service row.
- Review the Remove this service from future booking? dialog.
- Select Archive service.
#What happens next
The service is removed from the active catalog and future booking flows. In the verified test, it disappeared from the Services list and the catalog count decreased. The confirmation explains that historical bookings, orders, and reports keep their existing references.
