Use the product editor to change product information such as its name, price, description, or SKU.
#Edit a product
- From the dashboard workspace navigation, select Catalog.
- Select the Products & Inventory tab.
- Find the product you want to change and select View.
- Select Edit product.
- Update a field in Basic Information, such as Product Name, Price, Description, or SKU.
- If needed, review Status & Inventory without changing inventory quantities.
- Select Save Changes.
#What happens next
The product detail and product list show the updated value. In the verified test, the changed product name remained visible after returning to the list and reopening the product. The existing price, SKU, and 10 units of inventory remained unchanged.
